The old, worn-out, poor excuse for a tractor was bought at a clearance sale and was restored with a lot of hard work and tender loving care to a respectable looking tractor.
Captain Chugga and his mate, Pete, built the chuggavan and lots of tradies helped fit the chuggavan out.
The restoration on Chugga and building the chuggavan took 19 months to complete.
We planned our trip and Bowel Cancer Australia became our chosen charity.
